For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the “creative one” of any group—drawing, designing and making things when I maybe should have been doing something else (like paying attention to Mrs. Brontmeyer in 2nd grade). As a leader, I have over 10 years experience leading agency and in-house teams to create dependable creative team workflows, innovative advertising campaigns, and award-winning digital experiences that change companies.

I am currently the Creative Director at Dental Select, where I lead the creative side of a team that is poised to disrupt the insurance industry as we grow from a regional to nationwide presence. I previously worked at Lendio, glasses.com and Rumor Advertising, where I worked with “big” clients like Microsoft, FranklinCovey, and Jabra, as well as regional stars like Goldenwest Credit Union, Big-D Construction and Utah’s University Hospital.

As a result of my work, I’ve helped shape the culture of great companies, elevated the impact of business through design, and created real bottom-line value. But some of my best work will never be found in my portfolio. I think the most important work I do as a Creative Director is in clearing the path for the members of my team. I believe as a leader, I work for them, not the other way around.
